Dr Sasha Mirkovic
Born in Serbia, Dr Sasha Mirkovic graduated from the School of Dentistry at the University of Belgrade in 1986. A fully accredited dentist and specialist orthodontist with the Dental Board of Australia.
Since completing a Masters Degree in 1991, Dr Mirkovic has earned Specialist Registration with the Australian Dental Association (2002) and Invisalign registration (2004).
After working in Belgrade, Christchurch and Canberra, Dr Mirkovic relocated to the Northern NSW town of Ballina with her husband Dr Aleks Mirkovic in 2003. Together they run River Street Smiles.
To keep up-to-date with the latest orthodontic research, technologies and treatments, Dr Mirkovic regularly attends industry conferences and clinical days. When not providing the highest standard of dental care to her patients, she can be found gardening, painting, sewing, and spending time with her family.
Dr Mirkovic’s goal is to create beautiful smile trying to achieve maximum facial aesthetic as possible for each patient.
